Under the French Consumer Law of 17 March 2014, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day your order is delivered.
(the delivery note must be enclosed in the parcel)
The buyer must return the goods in their original condition and packaging (new and unused).
RETURN DEADLINE FOR THE PARCEL: 14 DAYS MAXIMUM
The product must then be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after you have sent your withdrawal notice.
Do not use the product's box as a shipping box,
Any product or presentation box showing traces of labels or tape will not be refunded.
Any goods that have been unpacked or show signs of trying on,
use/wear, or a damaged original box will systematically not be refunded, especially for products in direct contact with the skin.
Goods are returned at the buyer's own cost and risk
(we therefore advise you to declare the value of the goods and to take out insurance covering these risks).
In the event of loss or damage of the parcel, no compensation will be paid to the customer by Jardiboutique MV.
In all cases of withdrawal, the shipping costs having been "used" to deliver the parcel, they will under no circumstances be refunded.
