Injection valve for Redox or pH controller, 1/2" for 4x6 mm tubing - Part Number 11100088
1/2" Injection Valve for Pool pH or Redox Controller
This injection valve (part number 11100088) is installed on the dosing pump of your automatic pH or Redox controller.
It combines a suction valve and an injector into a single 49-mm-long unit. Its lip-seal check valve injects the solution with precision and provides a very tight seal.
It screws onto a 1/2" threaded fitting (outer thread diameter: 2 cm) and accommodates a 4x6 mm peristaltic pump tube. It replaces a scaled-up or worn valve.

Description
An injection valve for your dosing pump
The injection valve is the component through which the dosing pump delivers the treatment chemical (pH adjuster or liquid chlorine) into the pool’s plumbing system.
This model, part number 11100088, combines the suction valve and the injector. It is suitable for pH controllers and redox controllers.
A check valve with a lip seal
The lip seal allows the treatment chemical to flow in only one direction. When the dosing pump is off, pool water does not flow back up into the tube.
Simple installation on a 1/2" fitting
The valve screws onto a 1/2" threaded fitting (outer thread diameter: 2 cm), such as a standard pipe clamp mounted on a PVC pipe.
It is connected to a 4x6 mm flexible tube from a peristaltic pump.

ℹ️ Good to know
A scaled-up or worn valve can interfere with proper product injection. Replacing it ensures stable test results and reliable water treatment.

⭐ Tip from the team
Screw the valve in by hand, without pliers: over-tightening can crack the plastic or damage the threads.
Rinse the valve regularly with clean water. This prevents crystals of liquid chlorine or acid corrector from clogging the internal lip seal.
