Ribbed PVC flanged coupling for pressurized piping, 75 mm diameter, adhesive-bonded - FITT
Ribbed PVC flange collar for pressurized piping, Ø 75 mm
This FITT coupling is designed to be attached to a 75 mm diameter PVC pressure pipe. When used with a flange, it allows the pipe to be connected to a valve, a pump, or any other flanged equipment.
Its ribbed contact surface holds the flat gasket in place when the flange is tightened.
Fitting manufactured in accordance with the major European standards for PVC pressure fittings: ISO 727, DIN 8063, KIWA 54, and NF T54-028.
Description
What is a grooved collar used for?
The collar is the component that converts the end of a pressurized PVC pipe into a flanged fitting. You glue it onto the pipe, slide the flange onto it from behind, and then clamp the flange against the equipment to be connected, with a flat gasket between the two.
This assembly can be easily disassembled—which is convenient for a valve, pump, filter, or meter that needs to be removable.

ℹ️ Good to Know
The collar must always be used with a flange and a flat gasket, sold separately. Choose a flange suitable for a 75 mm diameter and the mounting hole of the equipment to be connected.
⭐ Tip from the team
Remember to slide the flange onto the pipe before gluing the collar in place: once glued, it won’t fit anymore. Use a PVC cleaner followed by pressure-activated PVC glue, and allow sufficient drying time before filling the system with water.
