3/4" (20x27) wall-through fitting with quick-mount exterior installation, PP tank connector with EPDM gasket—drill hole Ø 35 mm
3/4" Quick-Install Wall Bushing for Exterior Mounting
This wall bushing (tank fitting) is installed from the outside of the tank, without access to the interior: it is inserted into the hole, and tightening the nut compresses the EPDM gasket, which expands against the wall.
3/4" male thread (20x27) – Ø 35 mm hole – wall thickness 2 to 9 mm – 4 bar at 20 °C.
Body, nut, and flat ring made of black, UV-treated polypropylene; food-grade EPDM gasket. Can also be installed on curved walls and removed by unscrewing the nut. Sold individually.
Description
Overview of the Wall Bushing
The “Quick Joints” wall-penetration fitting allows you to create a threaded outlet on a tank, reservoir, or water collection tank. What makes it unique is that it is installed entirely from the outside, on just one side of the wall.
How does it work?
The fitting consists of four components: the PP threaded body, the EPDM gasket, the flat ring, and the nut. When the nut is screwed onto the body, the gasket is compressed and expands against the tank wall to ensure a tight seal. If the nut is unscrewed, the fitting can be removed.

ℹ️ Good to know
Drill a hole exactly 35 mm in diameter: this is the diameter specified by the manufacturer for the 3/4" size. The wall feed-through cannot be installed on a wall that is less than 2 mm or more than 9 mm thick. The thicker the wall, the shorter the length of thread available on the outside (see table).
⭐ Tip from the team
Use a 35 mm hole saw for a clean cut, deburr the edge of the hole, then gradually tighten the nut without exceeding the torque specified by the manufacturer (8 Nm).
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What hole diameter should be drilled?
35 mm for the 3/4" wall-through hole.
Do I need to access the inside of the tank?
No. The wall bushing is installed and tightened entirely from the outside.
What wall thickness is acceptable?
From 2 to 9 mm for the 3/4" size.
What pressure can it withstand?
4 bar at 20 °C, with a tightening torque of 8 Nm. Maximum operating temperature: 80 °C.
Can it be disassembled?
Yes, by unscrewing the nut, the fitting can be removed from the wall.
Are other diameters available?
Yes, this wall bushing is also available in 1/2", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", and 2".
