PVC wall feed-through, Ø 32 mm, with detachable coupling, for gluing, 1-1/2" thread—wall thickness 0 to 19 mm—Van de Lande
32 mm PVC Wall Feed-Through with Detachable Coupling
For routing a Ø 32 mm PVC pipe through the wall of a tank, basin, or container.
This Van de Lande wall bushing is installed in a hole drilled in the wall and secured with a locking nut, featuring an EPDM gasket for a watertight seal.
It connects on both sides by gluing to a Ø 32 mm PVC pipe.
On the pipe side, a union fitting allows the pipe to be removed without unscrewing the wall-mounted fitting.
Ø 32 mm, glue-fit – 1½" threaded body – wall thickness from 0 to 19 mm – hole Ø 50 mm – gray PVC-U, EPDM gaskets – manufacturer’s part no. 5.18.032.
Tip from the team: Drill the wall straight and deburr the hole before installation. Tighten the nut by hand, without a tool: overtightening can crush the gasket or crack a thin wall.
Description
Overview
The wall-mounted fitting allows you to create a watertight inlet or outlet on a tank, pond, filter basin, aquarium, or aquaponics system.
The body fits through the hole in the wall; the union nut and the EPDM gasket ensure a watertight seal on both sides.
Its union fitting is this model’s key feature: by unscrewing the union nut, you can disconnect the pipe for cleaning, repairs, or a pump replacement— without having to remove the wall-penetration fitting or drain the tank to reinstall it.

Good to Know
The 32 mm diameter refers to the outer diameter of the PVC pipe to be glued into the wall bushing. Make sure your wall thickness does not exceed 19 mm. Drill a 50 mm diameter hole in the wall. Use an adhesive suitable for rigid PVC (PVC-U).
Frequently Asked Questions
Which pipe should I use?
A rigid PVC pipe with an outer diameter of 32 mm, glued into the fittings.
What is the coupling used for?
It allows you to disconnect the pipe on the pipe side without removing the wall penetration.
What diameter hole should I drill?
A 50 mm hole is suitable: the 1-1/2" threaded body has a diameter of approximately 47.8 mm.
What wall thickness?
From 0 to 19 mm.
What are the gaskets?
EPDM gaskets ensure a tight seal.
