HDPE irrigation pipe, Ø 32 mm, 6.3 bar, 50-meter roll - Elydan
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, Ø 32 mm, for irrigation, 50-meter roll
This Elydan high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe is used to set up or extend an irrigation system: supplying water to a garden, a vegetable garden, drip emitters, or sprinklers.
Outer diameter 32 mm, wall thickness 2 mm, nominal pressure 6.3 bar (SDR 17). It is supplied in 50-meter coils and is black in color.
HDPE is a rigid and durable material, suitable for above-ground or buried irrigation pipes.
Description
A HDPE pipe for irrigation systems
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is stiffer than low-density polyethylene (LDPE). It withstands pressure well and retains its shape over time. This is the pipe of choice for the main line of an irrigation system.
Specifications
Dimensions
Outer diameter: 32 mm. Wall thickness: 2 mm. Length: 50 m, in a coil.
Pressure
Nominal pressure (PN): 6.3 bar. The SDR 17 corresponds to the ratio of the outer diameter to the wall thickness: the smaller the SDR 17 value, the thicker the wall.
Material and Color
High-density polyethylene (HDPE), black.
ℹ️ Good to Know
The nominal pressure is the water pressure that the pipe can withstand continuously. Make sure the pressure in your system (pump, meter, pressure regulator) does not exceed 6.3 bar.
⭐ Tip from the team
Choose fittings designed for polyethylene pipe with a 32 mm outer diameter. Unroll the coil in the sun before installation: the pipe will be more flexible and easier to install.
