OPSIAL Sprayable Expanding Polyurethane Foam - Filling and Insulation - 750 ml
Fill, insulate, and bond with a single foam
Sprayable expanding polyurethane foam, for indoor and outdoor use
OPSIAL sprayable PU foam is a single-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam that fills, seals, and insulates in a single application.
When used with a spray gun, it provides precise and clean application for joints, openings, and cavities, both indoors and outdoors.
It adheres to most building surfaces, provides thermal and acoustic insulation, and can even be used to bond lightweight panels.
Once dry, it can be sanded, cut, coated, and painted for an invisible finish.
Tip from the team: Work between +5 °C and +30 °C and lightly moisten the surface before application—the foam will expand better and adhere more effectively. Fill cavities one-third full; the expansion will do the rest.
Description
A versatile polyurethane foam for all your projects
Self-expanding and single-component, OPSIAL sprayable PU foam expands after application to permanently fill gaps.
Its spray-gun version attaches to a spray gun, ensuring controlled flow, even filling, and less waste than a cannula-based model.
It is suitable for insulation projects as well as repairs and installation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does this differ from cannula foam?
The spray-on version attaches to a spray gun: the flow is more precise, the filling is more even, and the can remains reusable as long as it is not empty.
How much volume can be filled with a 750-ml can?
Its expansion yield is approximately 45 liters, depending on application conditions (temperature and humidity).
Can it be painted or sanded?
Yes. Once dry, the foam can be sanded, cut, coated, and painted for a clean finish.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, both indoors and outdoors. Protect the cured foam from UV rays with paint or a coating, as polyurethane is sensitive to sunlight.
